Did you order the wrong size bracelet? Did your bracelet have an accident? Don't worry, I'm happy to adjust/fix for you for a small cost. ***If you ordered a bracelet and it doesn’t fit, just re-measure your wrist and ship the original bracelet back to me. INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Purchase this listing & select the appropriate wrist size in the drop down. 2. Send the item back to me. Item must be shipped back in a padded envelope to protect from damage. You pay the postage fees for shipping. 3. Send me an Etsy conversation to let me know the tracking number. 4. Once I receive the item, I will resize/restring and ship back to you. This listing covers the cost of my time for restringing and the shipping costs back to you. Measuring your wrist: To determine your bracelet size, simply measure your wrist and add 1/2". You can also use a piece of string and then measure with a ruler. See photo above.
