Refund Policy

We have a 30 day Refund/Exchange Policy.  You must contact us at Shaktivibemalas@gmail.com to start the Refund/Exchange process.
Any items eligible for a Refund must be sent back unused, unworn and in the same condition as received.  The original packaging as well as the receipt as proof of purchase must be included.
Any items that are eligible for a refund will be refunded minus the Shipping fees. After we are contacted and the Refund is approved, you will be provided with our Shipping address.

Damaged Items

Please review your item as soon as you receive it and contact us if there are any issues, so we can evaluate the situation and make sure you are happy.

Custom Orders

There are no exchanges or refunds on custom or personalized orders.  Please let us know if you have any issues/concerns when you receive your order.

Refund Process

Once we receive the item returned and it is in original condition, your refund will be issued on the original method of payment.  You will be notified when the refund is issued.  It make take some time for your payment method to process the information and post your refund.
